it depends on how much money u got and what's ur combat level.

If u have a lot of money: u should buy a lot of talisman and tiaras, and make them into runecrafting tiaras for a lot of exp. for egxample: buy a lot of body talisman and tiaras,then go to the body altar near edgeville. use the talismans with the altar once u're inside. then u should recieve 37.5 exp for each tiara.


If u don't have a lot of money, but have a good combat level: play fist of guthix until u have enough tokens to buy a runcrafting glove. then craft runes wearing ur glove.

If u are a big noob with no money and bad combat level: runecraft normally.
