I'm currently studying in the US as a high school student... if i want to apply to HKU as the university.... which application should i fill out... JUPAS or NON- JUPAS???

You should choose NON-JUPAS, because JUPAS is only for those who applied for a place in university based on HKCEE and HKALE result. For NON-JUPAS, they welcome applications based on other academic background. (e.g. GCE, SAT, TOEFL, IELTS etc.)
