Who is worthy to be trusted with the secret to limitless power to become the dragon warrior?
意思是：
誰擁有神秘的無窮力量以值得信賴成為龍戰士的無窮力量？

因此這句 to become the dragon warrior 是指 with the secret to limitless power 而不是 the secret to limitless power.
因為 trusted with 唔係一個 phrase.

And they both refer to a same person.
