hi, if u take a plane ...
from HK to Canada (west), eg. Vancouver, 12 hours non-stop flight
from HK to Canada (east), e.g. Toronto, 15-16 hours non-stop flight.
so if it is round trip, it will take 24 hours non-stop flight (canada west) and 30-32 hours non-stop flight (canada east)
u also need to consider the jet-lag, there is 15 hrs late (canada west) 12 hrs late (canada east)
