3 advantages:(1)save cost and time to screen suitable canditates as it could be done online.(2) reduce bias and subjective opinions in the process of interview. (3) easier to find whether the canditate match the companies or not as various characters would be tested. 2 disadvantages: (1)cheating the employees as the tests could be done online and (2)real characters could not be reflected as the candidates are too nervous, thus screen out potential good employees.
