I'm going to use the tram as the transport as it is very historical.

a) The tram is a very popular means of transport in Hong Kong because of its historacal value. The tram company in Hong Kong was founded almost 100 year ago. The system is known to be the largest fleet of double decker tramcars still in operation. Now, there are 6 different routes covering over 30km in length. A reliable data shows that they carry an average of 240,000 people per day. Most people who use the tram normally travel short distances as the tram only runs through the crowed centre of Hong Kong!

b) No matter how far your destination is, the cost of the tram is $2 per ride. Nower days, people are very sensitive about the enviromental issues. As the Tram does not produce any pollutant, it is one of the most environmentally friendly means of transportation in Hong Kong.

d) I feel that air ttavelling industry has been the very successful. It has made travelling much easier and shorter; people can now travel much further. Also, it has brought the world close together and produced a lot of jobs for workers.

e) The Wirght brothers flew their first glider on 3rd october, 1900
