第一句係解"你被通知..."譬如會員證到期，咁果間店舖就會寄封信俾你，叫你更新...(之類)
封信開頭會寫:
Please be informed that your membership will expire at the end of this month...
第二句係解"你被建議..."
譬如d政府機構叫市民更新個人資料(←呢個唔一定用於信, 暫時諗唔到信既例子)
Please be advised that you should update your personal information regularly...
