21a) ( 106 )^( 105 )
= 10^( 6 x 105 )
Then in total, the no. of numerals: 6 x 105 + 1 = 600001 ≈ 600000
600000cm = 6km
If 1s is needed to write a numeral, then time required: 600000s ≈ 7 days
b) ( -106 )^( - 105 )
= ( - 10 )^( - 6 x 105 )
= ( 10 )^( - 6 x 105 )
So in total, the no. of numerals : 6 x 105 + 1 = 600001 which is the same as above
