人到中年，想keep fit，之前都玩過kick-boxing，想轉玩funky dance，有無人可以介紹一下﹖或者分享一下﹖

我試過 Ju yoga and dance, $68 試玩, 又試過fit 舞館, 都係$68 試玩, 前者我覺得容易跟d, 佢會step by step咁教, 後者我跟唔到, 因為只係跟佢跳, 佢唔會STEP BY STEP教.
