Samsung F488 news clip download and camera problem

I've just bought a F488 and I was very disappointed. When I viewed the news clip downloaded from three website, it was blurred and when I asked Samsung's staff, they said that it is normal as the resolution from the website is too small and when played in F488, it would blurr. Can anyone tell me if it is true?
I also found that the camera is not functioning well, after using it for a week, I still can get a good picture, the picture is blur and not sharp enough, is this because of the setting or I misuse the camera. Please help.

Hi ,
I think the staff who said correctly. Do you know the picture from website ? there are H2.63 (standard version) & H2.64 (full density means HD version) and F-488 was supported H-2.64 format.
So It seems you got the view from website like as H-2.63 , you have to contact network provider - Three.
In camera funtion , I believe F-488 to be mid to high level compared to other mobile phone like Nokia & SE. We should not mind if we paid for this price level.
However , I personally feel the picture effect is out of my expect. You exactly told the main point ...........It's not sharp enough , and it's as unclear as mist. I have explained it to some friend here that It's because of focus technical of F-488 is poorer than other brand as Nokia & SE although Samsung did Digital Camera. Anyway , Your case is same to me. Don't worry !!! Samsung also knew that and will improve then.
