「山頭主義」英文點講?

「山頭主義」若是指某組織、機構、政府.....內之"派系"的話, then 山頭 (or派系) 便是 faction, 而山頭主義便可叫.......FACTIONALISM

山頭主義，是有人想作領袖，就搞了一撮人聚合，立個甚麼名堂，搞起組織來，並不著心世界，也不以濟世利人為目標，只是出於自私的動機。這樣的人，不想跟別人合作，只是在需要的時候，才利用別人。

「山頭主義」=shān tóu zhǔ yì =the hills
