what is Oyntment..? What dose it mean..?

I don't know where you got "oyntment" from, there is no such word in the Oxrord English dictionary, it would appear to be a mis-spelling of ointment which of course is a healing salve. Ointment in turn is derived from Anointment which is used in the sacramental blessing of kings, Queens etc. and means to bless with holy oil.

It looks like an old-fashioned spelling of "ointment," which is a medicinal cream applied to the skin.
