有關"某公司"更換"A貨品"事宜，這已非第一次收到全新出廠而包含故障"A貨品"了，而是次更高達 28% 有故障﹗
透過採購部得知，"某廠"仍未確認負責這張貨物柯打，而客人已多番追問進度，請問我們該如何處理﹖
為緩和客人的怒氣和不滿，你們務必立刻運送500件"A貨品"，以作更換。並且，客方不同意使用多於一間供應商之貨品，敬請切勿更換供應商送出新"A貨品"，否則，請閣下親自到香港向客人作當面解釋。

英文內容：
Regarding to the "product" replacement of "Job name", please be attention that it is repeatedly to found out failure "product" when received the whole new batch of "product" from manufactory, and this time we had received more that 28% failure "product"!
We were noticed from our Purchase Dept. that "manufactory name" is still not to confirm the "product" order up to now, and our customer inquired the further progress, please advise what shall we do.
To subside the anger and complaint of our customer, you were needed to send 500 nos of "product" for replacement immediately. Besides, customer object to replace the "product" which in different supplier, so please be sure that do not change the suplier, or else please come here to have an explanation with the customer directly.

Regarding to the "product" replacement of "Job name", please note that this is not the first time we received new batch of product from the manufacturer which included defective product. The defective rate this time is even more than 28 % !
We were notified by our Purchase Department that “manufacturer’s name” has not yet confirmed their liability on this order, while the customer has chased us many times. Please advise how should we handle this case ?
In order to reduce the frustration and discontent of the customer, please make sure you are going to deliver 500 pieces “product” for replacement immediately.
Moreover, please note the customer does not approve using product from more than one supplier, therefore please do not change the supplier for the “product”. If you fail to do so, you need to come to Hong Kong to explain to the customer directly.
