First apply the parenthesis to the values, using the BODMAS Rule. By doing this, you get:
24 x (3 ÷ 6) + (- 5 × -3).
Now, solve the ones in the brackets first, By doing this, you get:
24 x (½) + (15).
Now, calculate from left to right using the BODMAS Rule: You'll then get:
