舉啞鈴係唔係可以減88肉?

實際上

手擘上既 88肉 係脂肪黎

如果想減88肉 , 最重要係多做帶氧運動 ( eg:跑步,游水,單車,跳舞)

借帶氧運動 , 燃燒身體入面既脂肪 , 唔單止可以洞88肉,其他部位都可以減到

另外舉啞鈴 可以加強 & 修緊肌肉 , 對減88肉都會有幫助
