Does the Chinese government know what a "terrorist attack" means?

Seems you don't know what a terrorist is...any civilian who explodes a bomb anywhere is a terrorist.
The difference between a freedom fighter and a terrorist only depends whether you support them or not.

Terrorism is not just about civilians but anyone. For instance, the people bombing American troops in Iraq are still called terrorists.

The Chinese Government is well aware of the English language.Some Chinese actually speak and spell it well, however difficult that is for you to believe. Perhaps you need to brush up on your usage of it first.
Indiscriminate use of bombs against the local population, and the local police is terrorism.
Freedom fighters should start their campaign with a clear statement of who they are and what they intend to do. They have to introduce themselves to the world community in this way.
Then, they should appeal to the UN and gain popularity with us (the world community) by pleading their case.We may help them if we feel they have a valid cause or grievance.
So who are these "freedom fighters" who go around murdering people from behind? And why should we support them?
I hope the Chinese Government (who need to to have democratic elections themselves to be legitimate) crushes them like cockroaches!

Terrorists are attackers. It doesn't matter the target. One thing about the Chinese is for sure, they will never allow islam around them. An admirable trait.

Anyone who terrorizes is a terrorist. A freedom fighter is a terrorists if he terrorizes. When the US entered Iraq and Afghanistan we terrorized the population, we were terrorists. Now we are restoring peace so the insurgents are the terrorists. But we still terrorize the insurgents so to them we are still terrorists. I hope that's clear now.

Freedom fighters must use peaceful means. World will support them. It is tough job. Killing humans is not justified at any cost. World enviroment has changed. People need peace to prosper.
