hi, in some movies, FREEZE is = 咪郁, normally using for police calls robbers, it has the stronger and serious feelings/tone. when we are using at normal, we should use [DO NOT MOVE]

Exactly, freeze is only used in movies or real police vs thieves. Usually, we would not use this word but ~dont move~.
