Relationship participation rate and job vacancies

Participation rate is the ratio between the labor force and the overall size of the national population with the same age range. Therefore, if number of labour force increases in a country (due to more women go to work), the partipication rate would rise. Thus, I think if more job vacancies are available in the market in a particular country, more people can find a job hence higher the partipication rate.
