Do you mean: (3r)^(2h)

(3*-3)^(2*5) = 3486784401
-9^10 = 3486784401

or: 3*r^2*h = 3*9*5 = 135

= 3([- 3]^2[5])
= 3([- 3]^10)
= 3(59,049)
= 177,147

Answer: 177,147

The way you have it written,

exponents first, r^2 = 9,
9*3*5 = 27*5 = 135
