如果發現唔到第一個 cast 實為 cost，呢句句子唔會解得通。
They say that recent research shows that the cost of smoking in Hong Kong is in excess of $5.3 billion a year, with the cost of passive smoking making up one-third of that.
但 cost 呢度唔應該解價錢，而係代價、損失。
中譯：
他們稱最近的研究顯示香港因吸煙造成的損失，每年超過５３億元，其中三份一是二手煙引致。
passive smoking：被動咁吸煙，即係二手煙啦。
