First I assume your prepare your salmon fillet by grilling or B.B.Q-ing or by pan frying using olive oil or butter. Here are a few sauces I usually use:

Add half cup of heavy cream, 1/4 cup of Swiss cheese, 1/4 cup of chedar cheese, 1/2 cup of chopped parseley to cook on low heat for 20 seconds to melt and mix all the ingredients. Then move the filet into the pan to coat its both sides with the cheese gravy and pour into a clean plate before serving.
