For interview, you should have well-prepared how to present your educational backgroud and your working experience in English, of course, if you want to apply a job in a hotel, the minimum requirement is: you can speak fluent in English, Mandarin and or one more other languages. In addition, you are applying for the call centre agent, please refer to their job requirement as well.
