想問如果我要寄一批化妝品同護膚品到美國，要有咩手續，要關稅嗎？

Hi, I am not sure how many u want to send to USA. normally if u write as {gift} and {below HK$800}, there is no need to pay any TAX.
all u need to do is ... pack them, write HK post office form and send it.
