請問要寫個E-MAIL比客人,內容講因我地公司司機同事不小心,把客人的簽發單整唔見,想佢再簽一次簽發單比我公司係要點寫呢?要客氣D,

First of all please accept our sincere apology. Due to the careless mistake by our company driver, the delivery note that you have sign ed to us were lost. We are terribly sorry for our company’s mistake and hope to receive your kind understanding.

Please advise whether it is possible for you to sign the replacement delivery note to us for our processing.

含糊其詞話 - I believe the document was lost during transpotation /delivery. I'd like to apologize if there's any convenience caused.

如果真係要正本 - Please kindly have me back a new copy of the document by fax / email. Please sign and fax back the attached copy of the document...
