What type Ram should I buy ?

Just wait!! Do not buy Kingston DDR2 533MHz 2G SODIMM !!
Just check at website Thinkcentre A55--8706 is using regular destop DDR2 ram instead of using sodimm ram!1 Sodimm ram is using for notebook only!!

There is another suggestion for you, you may install 2 sticks of 2GB ram on each ram solt. but using the extisting one GB volume for Ramdisk.you can refer the following links:
