hi, I think u can say as simple ....
Our office is closed due to the typhoon approaching.

For slogan before shops - "Office closed due to typhoon" or just
"Office closed"

For reports - Offfice will be closed due to Typhoon _______.

It is better to use "closed" rather than "off" simply because an office can be closed by anyone and a person can choose when to take duty off.
