包皮 protects 龜頭, 龜頭 skin is thinner, fresh and more sensitive. That's why 割完包皮後,碰到龜頭會痛. Your body will adapt this change, so 痛 will becomes less and less. If you still feel 痛 after couple of weeks, suggest to see doctor.
