有關租約厘印問題

想到小額錢債控告業主,但租約在業主手上,已打厘印.想問怎樣才能查到本人已打厘印?

因為業主稱地產處理租約時行為有問題,要尋求法律意見.一直扣押本人租約,連番追討不果. 至今本人已退租,此業主甚至沒有繳付地產佣金.按金在她手上,不肯發還. 有租霸,亦有極衰業主

想問你以下問題:-
(1)你同業主簽幾內租約?
PURSUANT TO LAW, IF THE TENANCY AGREEMENT PREPARED
AND SIGNED OVER 3 YRS AND THE TENANCY AGREEMENT WILL REGISTERED IN THE LAND OFFICE.
BUT IF THE TENANCY WAS UNDER 3 YEARS THE SAME WILL NOT REGISTERED IN THE LAND OFFICE.
I WILL SUGGUEST YOU THAT TRY TO CALL YOUR LANDLORD, IF
THE LANDLORD FAILED TO RETURN THE DEPOSIT, YOU CAN
TAKE A LEGAL ADVICE BY THE SOLICITORS, ALSO YOU CAN GO TO SMALL CLAIM TRIBUNAL TO A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST
YOUR LANDLORD.

如租約已打厘印,你可到田土廳申請返一份租約副本,費用$100。
但由於你要用黎打官司,普通副本唔得,你要田土廳幫你做認證(Certified True Copy),另加費用$150。
