係澳門威尼斯人酒店房間整污糟毛巾&床單要賠償嗎?

I dun think a 5 stars like 威尼斯人will charge u for just makind their towel dirty la~ I think is charges for something else la~ u must phone them and ask them wt is the $400 for...... card center certainly dun know y la~ u paid $400 = u cornfirm the payment~ but if it is their faults, they will give u bk the money~ ofcox even a 5 stars hotel will make a mistake la~ usuaslly is payment for demage things, food, Tv movie or charge channel etc. if u siad u didn't demange it or it is like that befor I move in , then a resonable explaination will be acceptable. Hope my opinion will help ~

吓？整污糟毛巾．一定唔使賠！我都做過６年酒店．從來未聽過有呢件事．D 人整污糟地毯咁煩都未使賠啦．除非係真係打爛野 ka 姐．故一定要追究到底．同埋我一般 check out 時．會問佢地攞番張 in-print lor. 即係佢地 check-in 時碌個張信用卡 slip. 大家當面撕左佢．唔好煩！住客係有權咁樣要求 ka ma. 但你做左 express check out lor. 咁就比佢”禁”住搶！
你打去信用卡中心問冇用 ka. 要打番酒店問．叫佢地 send 番張收據黎．講明係 charge 左你地乜野要＄４００幾蚊．如果係佢地唔岩，就投訴到底呀.
