Chinese Tea
Chinese legend says that tea was discovered by the Emperor She-Hung . As he sat by a wild tea plant , some leaves fell into his pot of bolling water. He had a taste of it and found it delicious-and so tea-drinking began.
In china, tea is known as 'cha' and it is drunk everywhere at time of the day. Tea is usually made by pouring boiling water into a cup or a small kettle holding some tea leaves. In the busy city life,people more often use tea bags inatead of tea leaves to make tea.
Today, many people have developed a habit of drinking tea,if not coffes, every day . Tea becomes popular not only at home but also in workplaces. Here in H.K .people often say that they go to the chinese restaurants for tea rather than for dim-sum.
