Dear Sir / Madam

I am writing to ask bout the result of the Hong Kong Alumni Postgraduate Scholarship.

Since I need to make my decision on my postgraduate studying by the end of next week, I want to know whether I can win the Scholarship and take it into account.

I guess that the notification (letter) was either post to my England address which no one is in there now or lost before it arrived my home in Hong Kong

If possible, could you please inform me about the result of the winner of the Scholarship?

If unluckily, I fail to win it, could you please tell me the reason about why I failed?
