Recently,there has been a lot of discussion about if animals should be used for scientific researches. Some people hold their belief that testing animals for scientific purposes involves extreme cruelty. Some people argue that it is an unavoidable needs. Personally, I sadly believe that animals should appropriately be used for researches.

The undeniable fact is that animals do help in drug delevopment. In the past
few decades, most people suffered from unidentified diseases which were difficult to cure. That is the reason why scientists have been starting to use animals for those researches. As a result of that, people were saved from fatal illnesses. At present, this practice still bring a lot of benefits to us. Therefore, it should not be banned.

Ensuring the safety of products use is another reason it should not be against on top of having a great contribution on drug development. When selecting cosmetic or medical products, we insensibly pick up the ones which have been tested on animals. This is risen from the ensured quality and safety. We know that the prouducts tested will not have serious effects on our bodies. Therefore, we should give applause to this practice with respect rather than banning it as it saves our life!

Some people claim that this is a selfish and cruel behavior. However, would people had survived in the past if there were no animal proven research?

Sacrifice will absolutely be more. Moreover, all animals research is highly supervised by different ethic committes and regulatory bodies. Before any animals research, we need an approval from them.

Also, they regulate the living conditions of animals. Animals for research are well treated and kept in comfortable condition, taken care of when they are sick. Therefore, it should not be considered as a selfish and cruel behavior!

In conclusion, the ultimate aspect of these researches is not aimed at harming an animals. It is used for creating a more safe and healthy future for us and also for animals. In my opinion, it should not be passionately opposed.
