Sorry, not able to type in Chinese.
If you've a criminal conviction, you are legally not allowed to enter Canada under Section 36(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (details can be found here:
http://geo.international.gc.ca/can-am/washington/visas/inadmissible-en.asp and
http://www.noto.net/bulletins/displaymessage.cfm?ThreadID=4039&MessageID=6211&Parent=0&ThreadName=Border Crossing Issues), even if you don't require visa to visit (ie. BN(O) or HKSAR passport)
You must submit to CIC "Rehabilitation for Persons Who are Inadmissible to Canada Because of Past Criminal Activity" (
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/rehabil.asp) once you've served your sentence and 5 years has since lapsed with exception below.
If you finished your sentence 10 years ago and the equivalent charge in Canada would give you less than 10 years maximum in jail, you are automatically assumed to have been rehabilitated and are than able to apply for work visa.
Hope this helps - good luck.
