本人今年30....肥咗都有十多年啦......係讀中二時用咗一年時間由196磅減到129磅...但只係keep咗一年多啲又開始肥番.......現在己經又差不多200磅啦......我用咗好多方法都好難減....因為本人唔可以做運動呀.......因為我會好易喘,同埋聽人講咁肥去做運動減肥會令肥肉變肌肉.......咁我可以點做呀? 希望大家可以幫到我呀......我唔想再咁肥呀......... 同埋我個胸都好大呀....有成40"呀.....我唔想再係咁啦.......你哋有咩辦法可以幫到我呀??????唔該晒你哋呀!!!!
