Please note that the liquidation has been finalised . The Court granted the release of Mr Sum Kin Keong and I as Joint and Several Liquidators of the Company on 25 March 2008.The Court also made an order to dissolve the Company on 31 March 2008.

There was no distribution to creditors and contributories in the liquidation.

Pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Ordinance, I attach copies of the summary
of the Liquidators’ final receipts and payments for the periods from 27 September 2006 to 28 February 2007, 1 March 2007 to 31 August 2007,1 September 2007 to 29 February 2008 and 1 March 2008 to 25 March 2008 for your information.
