左邊下巴有一粒野係入面

It sounds like one of your head and neck lymph nodes. Lymph nodes are normally very small that you can't feel them. But if you get an infection or simply a common cold, lymph nodes enlarge in order to fight the disease. The size should return to normal after you recover. If it doesn't, go see the doctor, as it may indicate something else.
