求rainbow park address...(Japan)

I'm going to Japan in this month and I want to visit Rainbow Park.

but the problem is that I don't know the adress. Could anyone tell me please?

買一日票Yurikamome 大概800yen-坐ＪR山手線（外回り）往新橋,再於新橋轉乘ゆりかもめ線乘東京臨海新交通臨海線列車(叫百合列車)，最好坐車頭拍照，於卸台場海濱公园站下車.
There is no rainbow park ga, only 台場海濱公園, which is the correct name of rainbow park.
