Reason:
It is don't have, if it is, must use doesn't. don't is 總數才會用, it is 是單數, 所以一定只可用doesn't
the sentence is:
It's doesn't have
or
They're don't have

首先，你只有句子的一部分 (it's don't have) 是十分難估你相寫o羊!!!
但 " it's don't have " 一定不是英文grammar!!
我估你相寫 it doesn't have 或 it didn't have ...

No , you can't .

It does not have ..... ' it ' is singular .
