我想問咩野叫帶氧運動?

做帶氧運動對我地有咩作用嫁?

做咩運動先是帶氧運動呀?

要做幾多分鐘先算係帶氧運動嫁?

係邊到做帶氧運動係最好嫁?(但如果想在家裏做要點做好呀?)

幾時做帶氧運動係最好嫁?

最後係點樣先會令到自己早睡早起及改善睡眠不足的問題及睡唔到的問題呀?

Cardio exercise is using an exercise to raise your heart rate level.

Cardio exercise can help your heart getting stronger so it doesn't need work very hard to plump the blood, increase your lung to the higher capacitity, also can reduce the possibility for heart attack, lower your cholesterol, lower your blood sugar level, lower your blood pressure, reduce stress and help your sleep better.

做咩運動先是帶氧運動呀?
Running, swimming, bicycling, step aerobic, rowing, elliptical......

要做幾多分鐘先算係帶氧運動嫁?
Most of the research said that at least 30 mins. non-stop.

係邊到做帶氧運動係最好嫁?(但如果想在家裏做要點做好呀?)
Depends on your interest, and what equipment you have, you can mix and match for the about exercises.

It used to be said in the morning is the best, but nowaday we have a very busy schedule, so it doesn't matter, we all try to fit the exercise to our schedule. I would say whatever time you have it better than no time to exercise.

Good question. Some people find that exercise can help them sleep, I am one of those person. On the other hand, I knew many people can't sleep if they exercise at night, so you have to try, if you are one of those, then try to find some other time, or drink some chamomille tea, warm milk, almond may help your sleep.

帶氧運動的定義是做這種運動時有一定的節奏及可維持一定的時間(20分鐘或以上)做Cardio exercise的好處是可鍛練心肺功能,令心臟及肺部的功能提升來應付日常所需及運動。如想減低身體的脂肪,跑步亦是其中一種有效的運動。於跑步機上跑步又不用擔心天氣好與壞,凍天或者雨天亦可盡情流汗。

我以前做運動減,又辛苦又減得慢,之後
