我沒有在TR畢業,我國中二年級就出國了,你看起來像是我弟弟那屆的
I have not graduated in TR. I went aboard when I was in year 2 of my secondary school. You look like a graduate in the same grade of my younger brother.

as if you are in the same academic year as my younger brother.

翻譯如下：
I did not graduate (a) from (b) TR. I went abroad (c) when I was Secondary Two (d). You look like a student from my younger brother's form.

請留意：
(a) 亦可以用have not graduated
(b) 請問TR是學校？還是學科？若是學校，應是graduate from；若是學科，應用 graduate in。
(c)出國是abroad[到國外], 不是aboard[在船(或飛機,車)上;上船(或飛機,車)]。若你是出國留學，亦可以用went to study overseas
(d)Secondary Two 比較像香港情況，對美國來說你亦可以用Grade 8之類。
