進修階梯 :
香港城市大學專業進修學院的特定升學安排 Napier University (私立大學學位課程)並非8大,香港城市的幾間私立大學學位銜接課程的大學質素幾好,城市大學的升學安排應該比IVE更好.
在港修讀款待及服務管理學位銜接課程(有全日制,2年兼讀制)

1)入學不難, 毅進課程畢業生即可. CE chi&eng are fail也沒有問題,先讀毅進課程就可以
2) 入學後取得大學學位與正式大學的時間無異,共4年.
3) 無需修讀中六.

Let me ask you why you want to study Hotel Management. It's because it is a hot subject and easy to look for job after graduation.

If you really are interested in Hotel Management, please work hard to improve both your English and Chinese including Mandarin. I don't think it will be easy for you to look for a school if both English and Chinese are failed in HKCEE.

Competition is very keen at ive too. You have to work very hard to improve your English level if you want to build your career in this servicing industry.
Try Caritas Pre Asso next monday after you have got your HKCEE result.
