我住加拿大溫哥華。一向開定兩張美國T-Mobile儲值sim卡，預備南下即日來回買嗰陣時，唔使用加拿大手機漫遊。首先，你要買張sim卡：

唔似香港，求其去些粉都有儲值sim卡賣。嗰處要去網絡供應商門市買張吉卡，跟住打上臺或者上網開卡電話號碼，再入錢增值。
2006年打電話上臺嗰陣都係揀要邊嗰城市嘅電話號碼，都冇留到個人資料。而家我用緊每日一蚊plan：

Go to Ranch 99 - chinese supermarket. They carry calling card for the valuee of $5, $10 and $20.
All you need to do is to dial a local number provided on the card and then punch in the password, then dial the country code + the phone number.
It will also let you select the language you understand, English, Cantonese or Mandarin.
