how to improve my oral and listening skill?

My friends & teachers tell me i am very poor at oral & listening.
and they suggest me to make friends with some foreigners of the similar age
like me and try to improve my english.

but how can i find and i really want to improve them?
can you give me any idea or suggestion?

hi let me call you sandy ok? the method coming from your relative i think it is useful . but can you tell me more about the process? to be honest, i have the mental pressure to use english in oral but i know i never do that forever and i have to solve it . here thanks firstly.

Hi, their suggestion is good but it is difficult to find a native English speaker in Hong Kong. Couple years ago, I just came to USA, my English was very bad, even though I learned it over 10 yrs in HK. Then one of my friend, she is a Professor teaching English in university, she gave me a very good method, here it is ....
Just spend at least 30 mins. EACH DAY to read English kids story book with CD and watch English kids channel programmes. After a month, your listening and English MUST be improved a lot. For the speaking, you need to speak more, whatever native english speaker or chinese speaker, it also can be improved if u practice more. This method really works on me, so can u!

you can go to watch some english programme which has english Subtitles
you watch it every night .it can improve you oral and listening skills
