其實我只想由日本北到南, 如果三個月以步行方式可以完成嗎??(之前有人用單車走完了)

I don't think so. You don't just want to walk there, you want to stay in major cities as well. Only from Tokyo to Kyoto may take you about 10 days walking. You can bring a major credit card such as Master or Visa but many places still accept cash only.
