所以我的譯法係:
今日我終於嘗試到什麼叫痛苦

Today, I finally tasted the feelings of real pain.

Today at last, I have finally tasted what is really meant by being painful!
你的所指是嚐到痛苦的滋味吧。我就照你的意思去翻譯了。
本來 at last 是不須 finally 去重復的。但作為加重語氣，在這裡亦無不可！
have tasted 是 to taste 的現在完成式。意即「嚐到」了。

today I finally have tasted what pain is.
