It has been a while since I went to Mini Paris Vietnamese restaurant last time because Vietnamese food is not my first choice. However it is good to eat again after I have not eaten here for a long time. The food is not expensive here, only $190 for five dishes to make four people full. There is no service charge, which should be economical. They have branch restaurants in Tuen mun, Shatin and Wan Chai, as well as two branches in Tsuen Wan. These two restaurants have established for a few years already, therefore the decorations still remain in traditional Vietnamese style. The five dishes have bits of different things, including assortment appetizer platter, prawn and pork hand-rolls, fried chicken with loose Chinese red fermented bean curd, stir-fried vegetable in belachan, stir-fried pho noodles in Vietnamese style. Sizes and flavors of each dish match the menu, quality is stable, a traditional restaurant as expected.
