我有個ｆｄ佢想過加拿大讀書ｇａ～～
ｂｕｔ佢英文唔好～～咁佢就諗住放榜睇下成績點先再決定～～
佢有親戚係個度住，佢可以問佢ｄ親戚借＄＄讀書～～
而且佢仲諗住係個度生活，唔番來ｈｋ！！
佢想係ｃａｎａｄａ度做野＆生活ｗｏｒ！！
佢係咪諗得太天真呀？？？（我幫佢問ｇａ）
我好似記得去外國讀書要考試的～～係咩考試來嫁？？
但佢ｄ英文程度完全唔得～～
同埋係咪只要有＄＄＄就可以有大學收嫁？？
我想比ｄ提議佢ａｒ？？

He/she should done a TOEFL exam in HK first, if he/she wants to transfer to a post secondary school immediately.

In order for him/her to be accepted into a post-seconary institution, he/she must have English equivalency, which means he/she must have either High school English 30, TOEFL or Canadian Language Benchmark Level 8.

If your friend have really bad english, I suggest he/she does some ESL upgrading courses first at a local college. If he/she is applying as a landed immigrant in Canada, he/she might also be eligible to apply for bursaries(SIP funding) for studying.
