when I should use "Descirbe to" and when I should use "Descirbe for"?

if possible, could you please use "Descirbe to" and "Descirbe for" respectively to develop few sentences?

I hope the sentences can be as long as possible

There is no difference in meaning in terms of grammar.
Describe to – Verb + to an object (someone)
Describe for – Verb + for an object (someone) – this phrase has a sense of command.
Usage :
- Please describe the action plan to me.
- Please describe the action plan for me. – From this sentence I think you understand what I meant by “having a sense of commanding”.
- I want you to describe the atmosphere of the concert to me.
- I want you to describe the atmosphere of the concert for me. – Again the commanding tone exists.
However “describe for” can be used with an underline meaning of “on behalf of” :
- Please describe the meeting details for me. – In this sentence and all the sentences above using “describe for”, we can interpret it as “I do not want to do it, please do it for me.
