請問取消移民簽證再改申請學生簽證有無可能的??

本人申請美國移民簽證及綠卡已有一年，不知道還要等多久?
請問正常的等候時間需時多久?：在等候期我有甚麼可做
如何追查進度？好像一直無消息咁...
我而家想轉學生VISA到左美國先...但申請緊移民簽證就唔可以申請非移民類的其他申請..假如我取消左移民簽證..會唔會好難再申請返
我而家真係唔知點呀??
請各位經驗人士幫忙~

you are making ---short cut-- to USA. even you are no intention to do so.
but the American CIS will think you do.

i dont know who sponsor you to USA, so no idea how long you have to wait.
i assume you are applied by brother / sister relationship.
that is 12 years to wait on line.

ok, if you closed the application for immigrat now, next time you change your mind and apply agin, then you have to start the 12 years time frame again from the beginning.

if you have an USA school accepted you and you financally can suport yourself, you can try to apply the student visa. while standby your immigration in line in USA.
the worest thing will happen is they rejected you..... no big deal ...right?

people can not apply travel and immigration visa in the same time.
the student visa is different case.
but you must make the offical believe you are really go there for study, not BS.
