我食左營養蛋白素12日左右...但係我覺得唔係減得好多...只係減左2磅左右...
究竟要食幾耐架...係咪一定要戒口...我有時都會食包同埋食好多生果
係咪飲左蛋白素就唔可以食其他野...除左蔬果
仲有網上$150個D營養蛋白素係咪真係無效..但係我又見到有好多人買..300幾個...如果真係冇用..點解D人又買..有冇人係網上買..又真係減到架??
